Where is she now?

I've been busy, which isn't a bad thing for me, except I've ignored my website.

My previous post was about my long-time client Ally Kirkpatrick and how she's been training to improve her game in soccer, as she prepared for her freshman year at Kutztown University.

So, how did she do?

Ally had an excellent first year playing soccer for Kutztown. She had the distinction of scoring the FIRST GOAL of the fall season (which was the ONLY GOAL in the game) and the LAST GOAL of the spring season. What a thrill it must have been for Ally to WIN the very first game of her college career!

I understand, from talking to her mother (who is also a personal training client), that Ally will receive an award at a November banquet for being the Freshman Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. How awesome is that!

Congratulations Ally. It's good to see all that hard work pay off. Big time.

Now, back to the workout.

That's why it's called winter

Yes, it's cold outside. But you'll warm up once you start running.

Now's the time to start training for a spring 5k. Just give Paul a call.

He may not like the cold, but as long as the temps are at least in the double-digits, he runs right through it.

Or, better yet, try a personal training session in your own home -- where it's warm and comfy.

Rupp Fitness trains wherever you are

Most of the time, Paul Rupp conducts his training in gyms or living rooms, but he can meet you wherever it’s most convenient.

For one client, it’s in the garage bay of his auto service business. Yes , if you drop by Marty’s Ex-Exon on Baltimore Pike in Media, Pa., you just might find Marty working on his core, while his mechanic works on your car.

Marty and Paul have been working out together for a number of years, even in real-live gyms. But schedules and circumstances make this the best option for now.

If you need some flexibility in your workouts, call Paul to learn more.
