That's why it's called winter

 


Yes, it's cold outside. But you'll warm up once you start running.
 
Now's the time to start training for a spring 5k. Just give Paul a call.
 
He may not like the cold, but as long as the temps are at least in the double-digits, he runs right through it.
 
Or, better yet, try a personal training session in your own home -- where it's warm and comfy.
