No excuses

Fitness is a year-round commitment.

While some people head to the warmth of indoor treadmills to run, outdoor runs can be invigorating.

Just be sure to:
  • Dress in layers
  • Watch your footing
  • Stretch afterward
  • Enjoy the scenery
Spring will be here in no time, as will the beginning of racing season.

If you've never run a race before, give Paul a call. He can help you prepare for your very first 5K...or your 100th. Either way, it's always good to refresh your workouts and focus on fitness.

Rupp Fitness trains wherever you are

Most of the time, Paul Rupp conducts his training in gyms or living rooms, but he can meet you wherever it’s most convenient.

For one client, it’s in the garage bay of his auto service business. Yes , if you drop by Marty’s Ex-Exon on Baltimore Pike in Media, Pa., you just might find Marty working on his core, while his mechanic works on your car.

Marty and Paul have been working out together for a number of years, even in real-live gyms. But schedules and circumstances make this the best option for now.

If you need some flexibility in your workouts, call Paul to learn more.
